Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center

The Hyatt Regency at the Oregon Convention Center project demonstrates how high-density urban hospitality can be grounded in its local environment. As the primary hotel serving the convention center, the design manages significant pedestrian volumes while establishing a sophisticated, Pacific Northwest-inspired entryway. Streetscapes and outdoor plazas feature custom seating, native plantings, and a refined palette of stone and steel. To meet rigorous municipal sustainability goals, large-scale stormwater planters facilitate on-site runoff treatment while maintaining a clean architectural aesthetic. Additionally, an upper-level private terrace provides an outdoor lounge area.
