URBY, a luxury apartment development, is situated in the Navy Yard neighborhood anchored by the National Park Stadium. The secure interior courtyard features a two-tier pond system and connective walkway from one side of the block to the other. The courtyard space allows for views of nature and allows light and air to access all the living spaces. A 6th floor balcony consists of an outdoor dining and grilling area, fire pit gathering node, patio community space, and swimming pool which all provide safe and comfortable spaces to be while still feeling visually connected to the active urban neighborhood below. An 11th floor green roof helps to manage stormwater and heat island effects.
