The Daimler Truck North America headquarters is a LEED Platinum landmark that integrates industrial character with the Willamette River waterfront. The campus consolidates a fragmented workforce into a single innovation hub. Materials such as stainless-steel paving inlays and sand finish concrete treatments are utilized to reflect the company’s engineering heritage while elevating the user experience. The site design prioritizes employee well-being through an expansive outdoor plaza, terraced event lawns, and a new segment of the Willamette Greenway Trail featuring a repurposed industrial overlook.
