Multnomah County Health Department

The Multnomah County Health Department Headquarters, also known as the Gladys McCoy Building, is a civic landmark that includes clinical and administrative offices that deliver essential services dedicated to health equity. The project includes stormwater planters, native plantings, and an upper-level private rooftop terrace for staff respite. A rainwater collection and channel installation, visible from the 8th floor offices, provides a celebration of the environmental services the design is providing.
